1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting or using the Furina Discord bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the bot immediately.

2. Description of Service

Furina is a multi-purpose Discord bot that provides moderation tools, utility commands, giveaways, games, and other server management features. The bot uses all available Discord intents (message content, presence, server members, etc.) to deliver its full feature set. Data is stored in local SQLite databases on the bot's host server. Features may be updated, modified, limited, or removed at any time without notice.

3. Server Administrator Responsibility

Server owners and administrators are fully responsible for:

• Properly configuring the bot within their server.
• Ensuring that usage of the bot complies with their server rules.
• Ensuring compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Any actions performed by the bot within a server are considered the responsibility of the server's management team.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Furina to:

• Engage in illegal, abusive, or harmful activities.
• Exploit, disrupt, overload, or attempt to reverse engineer the bot.
• Circumvent moderation or safety systems.
• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Scrape or abuse the bot's public HTTP API for purposes other than displaying server statistics.

Misuse of the bot may result in restricted access or permanent blacklist from the service.

5. Data and Privacy

Use of Furina is also governed by the applicable Privacy Policy. By using the bot, you acknowledge and agree to its data handling practices.

6. Availability and Termination

Furina is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime, reliability, or continuous availability. Access to the bot may be restricted, suspended, or terminated at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

The developer of Furina shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, data issues, or other problems resulting from the use of, misuse of, or inability to use the bot.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated or revised at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
